1xlote Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1xlote platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 1xlote Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1xlote platform. Continued use of 1xlote following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of 1xlote, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing 1xlote from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access to 1xlote is not prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 1xlote, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing 1xlote from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 1xlote or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 1xlote or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 1xlote. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your date of birth, your registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xlote account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 1xlote will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify 1xlote immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 1xlote reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a reported security incident.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 1xlote are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 1xlote supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 1xlote account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 1xlote's payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and are subject to change. 1xlote does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Cashier page, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. 1xlote reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 1xlote may require additional verification for large transactions or unusual account activity. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1xlote offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 1xlote reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if it determines that a player is attempting to claim it multiple times through different accounts.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: 1xlote reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers has occurred.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 1xlote are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 1xlote will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, 1xlote reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 1xlote's decision in such matters is final.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 1xlote are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. 1xlote does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1xlote and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 1xlote games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 1xlote platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in 1xlote's systems.
• Accessing 1xlote from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 1xlote account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 1xlote staff or other players.

8. Suspension & Termination

1xlote reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 1xlote may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their 1xlote account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of applicable verification checks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xlote's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 1xlote platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1xlote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1xlote platform, even if 1xlote has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1xlote does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 1xlote's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 1xlote is governed by the 1xlote Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 1xlote, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.

11. Responsible Gaming

1xlote is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that participation in games on 1xlote should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

1xlote provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. You are encouraged to use these tools to manage your gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12. Amendments

1xlote reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of 1xlote following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1xlote platform shall first be submitted to 1xlote's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
